Group of computational physics

We conduct theoretical and numerical studies on the elastic, electronic, optical and vibrational properties of semiconductors, their alloys and superlattices. We also calculate the magnetic properties of materials. We are using ab-initio methods; FP-LAPW, LMTO and PW-PP.
